Whenevar I am tired or stuck what should I do today? The very first name come into my mind is Aloo ki Sabji! It is extremely popular sabzi because it is very easy and quick to make. And Aloo ki sabji also liked by most of us.

But, here the recipe which I am going to present you is not regular recipe. It has special placement in a meal which all of us make on special festivals like Holi, Gudhipadwa (New year in Maharashtra), Makar Sankranti, etc.

It is made up with boiled potato and it is dry aloo recipe. This Boiled poato sabji is very soft and delicious in taste.

We have not added Onion and Garlic in this Aloo ki sabji, because this recipe is specailly made on festival for Naivedyam so Onion and garlic is not allowed for holy reason. If you are making this for your regular meal then you can add chopped Onion while making tadka and add beaten garlic along with Ginger+chillies paste.

You can also add Red Spices along with Boiled potatoes if you like spicy sabji.
