This chutney recipe can be taken with Idli, Dosa, uttapam, Jeera rice or chapati.

Ingredients for Chutney recipe 200 g Roasted gram split 1 cup chopped coriander 4 Green chillies 80 ml Curd Salt, sugar, 10-15 garlic pieces, Turmeric, hing and white sesame Oil

Making mixture for chutney recipe1In a mixer jar, take roasted gram split, chopped coriander, salt, sugar and chopped green chilles. And grind it fine in a mixer grinder.

3Add some water and curd in mixer jar. And mix it well.
4Blend it again in a mixer grinder. Add water as per requirement. Consistency of the mixture should not very thin. Empty this mixture in a bowl.
Making tadka for chutney5In a small frying pan, keep 1 to 1.5 tbsp oil for heating. Then add white sesame. Once it get golden colour, add hing and turmeric. And mix it well. Switch off gas.
