Idli chutney recipe made up with Roasted gram split is very easy and quick recipe. It is my favorite chutney recipe. This chutney recipe can be taken with Idli, Dosa, uttapam, rice or chapati.
In a mixer jar, take roasted gram split, chopped coriander, salt, sugar and chopped green chilles. And grind it fine in a mixer grinder.
Add some water and curd in mixer jar. And mix it well.
Blend it again in a mixer grinder. Add water as per requirement. Consistency of the mixture should not very thin. Empty this mixture in a bowl.
In a small frying pan, keep 1 to 1.5 tbsp oil for heating. Then add white sesame. Once it get golden colour, add hing and turmeric. And mix it well. Switch off gas.
Pour our savoury tadka in a chutney mixture and mix it well
Our delicious chutney is ready. Enjoy with Idli, Dosa, Uttapam, etc.
