Ingredients for Green Peas Pulao


Rice
 1 cup Good quality rice
 2 cups Water (as per type of rice and your exp)
Vegetables
 ½ cup Grren Peas
 ½ cup chopped onion
Tadka
 2 Tamal leaves (Tamalpatra)
 7 beaten Garlic slices
 Mustrad, cumins, Turmeric, salt, hing
 Oil and Cow Ghee (Optional)
 ½ tbsp Coriander seeds (Dhane) Powder
 ½ tbsp cumins powder
 ½ tbsp Kitchen king or any other masala
 ½ Red spices
 1 tbsp Goda Masala
 Grinded coconut and chopped coriander (both optional)

 

How to make Green Peas Pulao


Tadka

Take oil in a deep frying pan. Then add mustard, Cumins and Tamal leaves.
Now mix it well.

Now add chopped onion and mix it well for a min.
Then add Turmeric, Goda masala, Coriander seeds powder, Cumins powder, Kitchen king or any other masala, red spices and beaten garlic.
After this mix it well.

Add hing in it and again mix all ingredients.

Adding vegetables

In this tadka, add Green Peas and mix for a couple of minutes.

Making Green peas Pulao

Before proceeding further, wash rice with clean water and add in our mixture.
Then mix it very gently.

Now add lukewarm water and salt. Quantity of water may vary as per rice and your experience.
I have taken 2 cup of water for my 1 cup of rice. Mix it well.

Let's wait for a minute to let the water boil and then cover it with a lid.
Wait for 12-15 minutes.

After 12-15 minutes, remove lid and add ghee as per your taste. (Optional)
And again cover it with a lid for a minute.

Remove lid after a minute. Our delicious Green Peas Pulao is ready.
Garnish it with grinded coconut and chopped coriander.
