Kairi Panhe or Raw Mango panhe is summer special drink. During summer, when we came back to home body needs instant energy and water. Then panhe completes all requirements.

 

TIPS

  • Wash raw mango so that all gum of Raw mango will be removed and it will not ruin taste.

  • Pulp grinded in mixer jar can be collected in pack bottle and preserve in fridge for 5 days.

  • Though we have used ½ cup jaggery, amount of jaggery is solely depend on sourness of Raw mango. You can decide it by tasting pulp.

  • If you like you can use sugar instead of jaggery or 50-50% sugar and jaggery. But Panhe taste best with jaggery and of course Jaggery is healthier.

  • Amount of water is to be decided as per taste of mixture of pulp and jaggery.

Boil well raw mango in cooker. And get it cool.

Collect all pulp from Mango Stone and Skin using knife or similar kitchen tool.

Add jaggery in the pulp and mix it well.
