Radish, also called as Mooli or daikon  is root a vegetable and having strong smell and astringent in taste if consume raw.  

Radish sabzi has lot of healthy benefits; like boosting immunity, helps in digestion, prevents piles, weight loss, hugh fiber, antioxidants....etc.

 ¼ cup Split Yellow gram

 Cumin, salt, HIng, mustard,

In a small bowl, take Split yellow gram with added water and soak it for 1 hour.

In a frying pan, make some oil hot. Add mustard, cumin and chopped chillies. Saute it well.

In this special tadka, add grated radish, salt and split yellow gram (Remove water from it) and saute it well.
