Raw Mango Dal | Kairi Dal:
Raw Mango Dal is very popular Maharashtrian side dish. We called it "Kairichi Dal" in Marathi. Here step by step photos of recipe explains details of Raw Mango dal.

Raw Mango Dal ingredients ½ cup gram ¼ cup grated raw mango 2 Green chilli Chopped coriander, curry leaves, Hing, turmeric, cumins, mustard, sugar and salt oil
Preparation1Clean gram neatly and soak it in water for 1 to 1.5 hrs. Then remove almost all water. (Keep very little).
Making Dal2Pour gram in a mixer jar. Add chpped chillies, cumins, sugar and salt. Then grind it in a mixer grinder.
3Take care that our dal should be thick.
4Add grated raw mango and mix it well.

Cooking sauce6Make hot oil in a small frying pan. Then add mustard, cumin, curry leaves, hing and turmeric. Saute it.
