 1 Raw mango - chopped after removing skin
 ¼ cup chopped jaggery
 mustard, cumins, hing, turmeric, salt and red spices

How to make Mango Pickle


Preparation
1

Take chopped raw mango in a mixing bowl. And add jaggery, salt and red spices in it.
And mix it properly.

Take a oil in a small frying bowl and let it become hot. Then add mustard and after spluttering it add cumin in it. Then add hing and turmeric.

Our Sweet and Sour Mango pickle is ready. Serve it with chapati or Rice.
