Idli is very famous South Indian dish. People who keep fast for holy reasons don't eat Idli on that day. How to make Sabudana Idli
Preparation1Wash Bhagar and Sabudana twice or thrice using water. After this, take both in mixing bowl, add some water and keep it for soaking for 1 hour.
2Empty contents of bowl in a mixer jar. And then grind it using mixer grinder.
Make sure it became thick paste and no solid sabudana in it.
Making Batter for sabudana Idli3Empty our batter in a mixing bowl. And then add Curd, rock salt and mix it well.
4Keep our batter for 15 minutes as it is.
5Add eating soda in the Batter and mix it well.
Making Sabudana Idli6Take Idli plate and apply oil or butter on it. Meanwhile add water in Idli cooker and let it be hot.
7Add batter in all sectors of all Idli plates.
8Put Idli plates in Idli cooker. Cover it and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
9After 15-20 minutes, remove cover of Idli cooker.
10Insert knife in Idli and check whether batter is sticked to it or not. If there is no batter on it that means our Idli cooked good.
