Idli is very famous South Indian dish. People who keep fast for holy reasons don't eat Idli on that day. So we have made Sabudana Idli which can be eaten on fasting day as well..
Main Ingredients
 1 cup Bhagar (Kind of rice / Vari rice)
  cup Sabudana (Sago)
Other Ingredients
 2 tbsp curd
 ½ tbsp Rock Salt
 5 g Soda

How to make Sabudana Idli


Preparation
1

Wash Bhagar and Sabudana twice or thrice using water. After this, take both in mixing bowl, add some water and keep it for soaking for 1 hour.

Empty contents of bowl in a mixer jar. And then grind it using mixer grinder.
Make sure it became thick paste and no solid sabudana in it.

Making Batter for sabudana Idli

Empty our batter in a mixing bowl. And then add Curd, rock salt and mix it well.

Keep our batter for 15 minutes as it is.

Add eating soda in the Batter and mix it well.

Take Idli plate and apply oil or butter on it. Meanwhile add water in Idli cooker and let it be hot.

Put Idli plates in Idli cooker. Cover it and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
